Thank you for supporting Sewing Vision! 🌹 Each pattern is the result of countless hours of design, testing, and love – I appreciate you respecting the work that went into creating it.

💼 COMMERCIAL USE – STUDIO LICENSE

Turn your sewing into a business. Every Sewing Vision pattern already lets you sell a small number of handmade pieces – and if you want to grow beyond that, the Studio License gives you unlimited commercial use under your own brand.

Who is it for?
Small lingerie and swimwear brands, sewing studios, and makers who sell their work regularly – on Etsy, at markets, in their own shop, or to boutiques.

Which license do I need?

Standard license (included with every pattern)
- Sew for yourself, your family, and as gifts
- Sell up to 20 finished handmade pieces per year
- Credit required: "Made from [Pattern Name] by Sewing Vision (sewingvision.com)"

Studio License – $99 per pattern
- Unlimited production and sale of finished garments
- Sell under your own brand – no credit to Sewing Vision required
- Your employees and contractors may use the pattern for production
- PDF license certificate issued to your business/brand name
- One-time fee, no renewals

Good to know
- The PDF pattern is not included in the license – please purchase it separately.
- Each pattern requires its own Studio License.
- The license is valid for one business/brand and is non-transferable.
- The PDF pattern may be used by employees and contractors of the licensed business for production purposes only. It may not be shared, sold, or uploaded outside the business.

How to buy
1. Purchase the PDF pattern you'd like to use.
2. Add the Studio License to your cart and select the same pattern from the dropdown.
3. In the order notes, enter the business/brand name the license should be issued to.
4. Your PDF license certificate will be emailed to you within a few days.

FAQ

I want to use several patterns. Do I need several licenses?
Yes, each pattern needs its own Studio License.

I've already sold a few pieces under the standard license. Can I upgrade?
Of course – simply purchase the Studio License for that pattern whenever you're ready to grow.

Does the Studio License cover teaching?
No. For paid classes or workshops, please contact us – we'll gladly find a solution together.

📄 PATTERN LICENSE & TERMS OF USE

By purchasing or downloading any pattern from Sewing Vision, you agree to the following terms.

✅ What you may do

- Sew for personal use – for yourself, your family, and as gifts for friends
- Modify the pattern for your own personal projects
- Sell up to 20 finished handmade items per year, provided you credit the pattern as: "Made from [Pattern Name] by Sewing Vision (sewingvision.com)"
- Share photos of your finished pieces on social media, tagging @sewing.vision or #SewingVision

❌ What you may NOT do

- Share, copy, redistribute, resell, or upload the PDF file to any platform, group, or website
- Translate, alter, or republish the pattern under your own name or brand
- Use the pattern for production, wholesale, or commercial sales of more than 20 finished items per year without a Studio License
- Use the pattern in paid sewing classes, workshops, or tutorials without prior written permission
- Copy or use our photos, videos, or written instructions in your own materials
