Digital products (PDF patterns) Digital products are available for immediate download after purchase. No shipping is required. You will receive an email with a download link once your payment is confirmed.

Physical products (DIY kits & materials) Orders are shipped from Czech Republic. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Standard shipping times:

• Czech Republic & Slovakia: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
