Digital products (PDF patterns) Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact us at sewingvision1@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Physical products (DIY kits & materials) If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at sewingvision1@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note that we do not accept returns on physical products that have been opened or used.
